Immerse yourself in Indigenous culture and creativity during a Glass Art experience. Choose a culturally significant pattern to create your glass piece, while hearing stories and connecting to the Anishinaabe, Anishininew and Mi’kmaw cultures and traditions of your First Nation hosts.
Our workshops offer a unique blend of hands-on art creation and immersive cultural teachings. Choose your pattern, learn the stories behind it, and create a glass work of art that embodies both beauty and meaning. Whether you are a novice looking for a new experience or an experienced artist eager to explore Indigenous themes, our workshops are designed to inspire and enlighten.
We can offer customized workshops in both locations – South Shore or Cape Breton – for small and large groups. We can also work with you to bring a group workshop to your community.

Perfect for those ready to take their creativity to the next level, this hands-on workshop introduces the art and science of fused glass. Participants learn how to safely cut, layer, and design glass pieces from scratch—creating personalized patterns that reflect their own stories and inspirations.
Guided by Indigenous cultural teachings and the Seven Grandfather Teachings, this experience connects technical skill with reflection and meaning. Each piece is kiln-fired to achieve its final, luminous form. Participants may return to collect their finished artwork or have it carefully packaged and shipped after firing.
